Terms & Conditions
Complimentary pre-wedding event coverage is available only to clients who have confirmed their wedding day booking with The Modern Bride’s BFF (deposit + signed agreement). Each event includes 2 hours of coverage, 2 x MBFF Signature Style Films (15–60 secs each), 100+ raw clips, a 15-min strategy session, access to a Private BFF Planning Portal, and delivery within 24 hours. Availability is limited and must be scheduled with a minimum of 21 days’ notice. Travel fees apply for events located more than 30km from major cities or for international bookings, including flights, accommodation, and transfers. International bookings must be confirmed and paid at least 30 days before departure. Complimentary coverage cannot be exchanged, refunded, or transferred. If the main wedding booking is cancelled, the complimentary event(s) are void. Offer may be amended or withdrawn once all allocated spots are filled.
