Terms & Conditions
This package is subject to venue approval and availability of travel dates. The quoted price includes floral design, styling, and hire components as outlined in the agreed proposal. All travel expenses for two staff members (including the Creative Director) must be covered by the client, including return economy flights, local transfers, and a minimum of 5 nights’ accommodation in a 4-star or higher hotel located within a 10-minute drive of the venue, ensuring florals are prepared and delivered on time. Additional nights may be required for complex installations or multi-day events. Clients are responsible for providing accurate venue access details, including any stairs, restricted spaces, or setup limitations. Customs fees, local permits, and handling charges are to be covered by the client if applicable. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 30 days before the event.
