This offer is only valid for the duration of Wedded Week 2025. A non-refundable deposit pursuant to the invoice is required to secure the booking. The deposit is due upon receipt of the invoice and must be paid to confirm the Services. If the Client cancels the Services for any reason, the non-refundable deposit will be retained by the Service Provider, including any additional payments made by the Client to the Service Provider. The Client grants the Service Provider the right to use, reproduce, and publish any content created as part of the Services for the Service Provider’s portfolio, website, social media, and marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed in writing prior to the Event. All intellectual property rights in the content created by the Service Provider remain the property of the Service Provider unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final content for personal or business purposes.
